Biography

Basil Herzstein is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Throughout his career, Basil has earned both company and industry recognition for leadership, outstanding sales performance and service to clients. In addition, Basil is a qualifying member of the industry's Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an international association of financial professionals (1991 - 2026). 

He is active in industry organizations and was formally the Ethics Officer for the Financial Planning Association of the National Capital America.  He has been quoted extensively in the Wall Street Journal,  as well as various other newspapers. He has also appeared on a number of  TV shows.

Basil works closely with clients so that he can fully understand their goals and dreams as well as the obstacles they face in achieving them. This personal approach allows Basil to help provide strategies appropriate for each client's individual situation. He focuses on financial strategies and investment services for clients, who range from individual professionals to families and business owners.
